Refund schedule
If it did not land, you get your money back. For 14 days after purchase, refunds are self-serve from Your files, no email required.
The schedule
Within 14 days, one file or fewer created: full refund, one click, even if you listened to the file. The recording was made for your kid; the refund is for you.
Within 14 days, two or more files created: the credits you have not used come back at what you paid per credit, one click.
Either way: refunded credits are void, and any file you already created keeps playing for its full 90 days. Nobody loses a recording a kid is waiting to hear.
Past 14 days: the self-serve window has closed, but the desk has not. Write to hello@beliefandcompany.com and a person will look at it. This page is never a dead end.
How it works
Open Your files on the device you ordered from, find the purchase under Account standing, and use its refund control. The money returns to your original payment method; banks typically post it within 5 to 10 business days. Free files were never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
On your card statement
The charge reads LINK.COM* BELIEFANDCO.Link is Stripe’s checkout, and it handles the payment on our behalf, so its name is printed ahead of ours. If that line is the reason you are here, it is us, and the refund below is the same two taps either way.
If you no longer have that device
No account means no login to recover. Your files follow the browser they were filed from, so clearing your cookies or switching phones takes the listing with it.
Your Stripe receipt is the record. It arrives by email the moment you pay, it carries the amount and the date, and it is all we need to find the payment on our side. Forward it to hello@beliefandcompany.com and a person will put the purchase right by hand. At minimum that means your money back. There is no version of this where a receipt exists and we cannot help.
The recordings themselves are not at risk. Every file you have already created keeps playing at its own link, on any device, for its full 90 days. That link is not tied to your browser, so saving it or sending it to yourself is the surest backup there is.
