How the dispatch desk actually works
Belief and Company makes personalized voicemails from childhood characters’ back offices, with your child’s first name spoken aloud. The first voicemail is free at full quality. After that, a single voicemail is $4.99, a three-pack is $9.99, and a twelve-month Family Pass for up to four children is $17.99, each a one-time payment with no subscription. You type a first name, confirm the pronunciation by ear, and the finished recording is ready to play from your phone in about a minute. Every recording is performed by an AI voice and labeled that way for parents. It is never a live call.
The Voice, Explained in Full
Every script is written, reviewed, and approved by people before any audio exists. The AI performs a fixed, approved script; the only variable is your child’s name. Before an order is filed, the office reads the name back to you so you can approve the pronunciation or correct it with a free phonetic respelling, and a mispronounced name on a finished recording is fixable free, up to three takes. The office considers a misread name a filing error, and filing errors get corrected.

This product is parent-directed by design: adults buy it, adults operate it, and there is no child-facing account, screen name, or signup anywhere. The first name a parent types is used to make the recording, kept attached to the order file only, and deleted along with the audio within 90 days. Payment happens on Stripe, which never receives the name; our analytics never receive it either. There are no accounts and only one cookie, a random token that ties your files to your device.

What is Belief and Company?

Is this a real phone call?
No. Nothing calls your phone and no one calls your child. You receive a recording styled as a voicemail, you play it when you choose, and every recording is an AI-performed entertainment product with that disclosure shown to parents.
How much does it cost?
The first voicemail is free at full quality. After that, one voicemail costs $4.99, a three-pack costs $9.99, and the Family Pass costs $17.99 one time for ten voicemails across twelve months and up to four children. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.
How does the AI voice work?
Each character is a bespoke studio voice performed by AI from scripts written and approved by humans. Only your child's name changes between recordings, and you hear the office read the name back before anything is made, so mispronunciations get fixed with a free phonetic respelling.
Is my kid's information safe?
The only child detail collected is the first name a parent types, used to make the recording. Names and audio are deleted within 90 days, there are no accounts, no child-facing signup, and the name is never sent to the payment processor or any analytics tool.
Will the recording scare my child?
No. The register is deadpan office paperwork, never threats: every notice is a courtesy notice with time to correct, and every enforcement scenario has a praise counterpart. Nothing in the catalog shames a child.
